Our Journey
Established in Melbourne in 2015, Seaboard began as a boutique export business and quickly gained traction through a proactive and solutions-driven model. In 2020, the company merged with Aus-Asia, significantly broadening its operational capacity and evolving into a large-scale supply chain management enterprise.

Sir Carlo Calvi brings over 35 years of experience in the procurement, export, and sale of fresh fruit and vegetables, making him a recognised leader in Australia’s agricultural and trading sectors. Under his guidance, Seaboard has expanded into a multidisciplinary trading powerhouse, attracting specialists in meat, wine, seafood, and other key commodities.
Carlo’s deep expertise in logistics—across air, sea, and road freight—ensures that Seaboard provides a fully integrated service tailored to the unique quality standards and delivery requirements of each client.
His operational philosophy is rooted in quality assurance, ethical sourcing, and strategic partnerships with growers, producers, and logistics providers. This approach enables seamless integration with client supply chains and robust compliance with international quality control systems.
In recognition of his contributions to trade and service across Asia, Carlo was knighted by the Knights of Rizal on October 25, 2018—an honour that reflects both his professional achievements and longstanding commitment to cross-border collaboration and integrity.

Anthony Biro is a globally focused energy executive and entrepreneur with a career built on innovation, trust, and transformative leadership. As the Chairman and CEO of Seaboard International Energy Corporation and Atlantic Seaboard Energy Capital Group A dual-entity corporate structure, comprising an energy supply company and its affiliated financial arm, both under common ownership. Anthony has spent more than 30 years advancing global trade, energy development, and strategic partnerships in some of the world’s most complex markets.Anthony’s early career with BHP in the steel and resources sector gave him a deep understanding of international markets and the value of building relationships rooted in integrity.
Inspired by the calibre of people and organisations shaping the energy and commodities industries, he launched Seaboard to help develop the U.S. energy export market and support global infrastructure growth through reliable funding, services, and supply.
