In recent years, Australia’s goat meat industry has experienced significant growth, with high-quality breeding stock now well-established, positioning the country as the world’s largest exporter of goat meat.
The majority of Australian goat meat is exported to the USA, China, and Caribbean nations, while substantial quantities also reach the Middle East, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Europe. Although exports to Nigeria, Kenya, Libya, and Egypt are currently limited, there is considerable potential for growth in these markets in the future.
Seaboard sources its goats from the pristine pastures of Ararat and greater Victoria, where they are raised in the most hygienic and environmentally sustainable conditions.
All processing, packaging, and labelling facilities affiliated with Seaboard are fully AUS-MEAT accredited and compliant with AQIS standards.
